kybun Opinions
Discovering kybun shoes was life-changing for me. I have had fallen arches, splay foot and flat foot since I was born. Because they couldn’t find any appropriate shoes for me, my parents spent a lot of money on having shoes tailor-made. I don’t have pleasant memories of that. When I was in primary school, I would go twice a year with my mother to a special shop in Zurich. I remember spending tedious hours in that ‘overheated’ shop, watching the eager sales assistant carry over piles of shoes — with limited success. Family hikes, school trips and ski holidays were usually agony. In May 2014 I discovered kybun shoes and it was the highlight of my year! Since then, I have been able to walk for hours without pain. I walk on hard pavements, for instance when I’m shopping in the city. I don’t get tired any more and my feet don’t hurt! Before, every step felt like a blow to my less-than-healthy hips. Today, my hips and back are in good shape. I’m happy to stand in my kybun sandals on the ceramic tiles at home. I walk with my grandchildren through the Technorama science museum or the zoo, I stand in queues and stand for hours in front of the cooker. I stand more mindfully and am happy to do so! It’s a pleasure to walk more upright and more mindfully. Discovering kybun shoes was life-changing for me. I have had fallen arches, splay foot and flat foot since I was born.
