I have suffered feet troubles many years but finally I found shoes that has insole structure flexible enough to my feet. My work requires lot of standing in restaurant and kitchen where is often water and other slipperiness on the floor but I feel safe because my kybun shoes are not slipper at all. In these shoes I don't feel my feet strained as in normal work shoes even after long day.
