Sitting is the new smoking

Today, people spend far too much time sitting at a desk without healthy exercise and movement.
This leads to shortening of the muscles, adhesions of the fasciae and ponied bad posture. Some try to compensate for this by training for an hour, but this is not possible. By nature, man was not born to sit!
The human locomotor system got its upright gait by walking barefoot a lot and having to adapt its foot to the common natural unevenness.
Thus the skeleton constantly adapts to the feet.
