In part six of the series «The making of your kybun shoe» Claudio prepares the upper shoe prior to adhesion.
Claudio has been working on the kybun production line for 4 years. In his video, he shows us how he roughens the upper shoe in elaborate manual work so that the glue can bond effectively. The whole process requires craftsmanship and attention to detail, as the roughened areas on the upper shoe must not be visible after completion.
