Beauty queens want celebrity photographer’s shoes

Gian Kaufmann has turned his passion into his job. The photographer from Rheintal, Switzerland, works for companies and at weddings and VIP events.

He has also made a name for himself as a beauty queen photographer, and accompanies contestants during the weeks before a competition and on the night of the show. He happily glides across the stage in air-cushion shoes. His light and easy manner doesn’t go unnoticed among the beauty queens. Gian Kaufmann explains, laughing: “The beauty pageant contestants also want to step into my shoes and experience the unique feeling for themselves.”
