Surviving an eight-metre fall and walking again without pain thanks to a Swiss innovation

It sounds like a miracle. Hansruedi Poschung survived an eight-metre fall from the roof of a house and can now stroll along the streets of Thun, Switzerland, without a care in the world after years of being tormented by pain.

Until recently, the native of Bern, Switzerland, suffered from pain and an inflamed spinal column when walking on hard surfaces as a result of his accident. Retraining and changing jobs did not solve his problem and neither did insoles. Things only started to turn around when he discovered a Swiss innovation. It spelled salvation for Hansruedi Poschung.
